Regina Hendricks, DDS
Dr. Regina Hendricks, a native Long Islander, was born and raised in New Hyde Park, New York. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Molloy College in 2003, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Dr. Regina received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in May of 2008. It was there she developed her passion as an advocate for children and the community.
As the Philanthropy Chairperson of the American Student Dental Association, Dr. Regina organized many community outreach events. From food drives to collecting toys and costumes for children living in a local homeless shelter, Dr. Regina continues to give back to the community. In the summer of 2007, Dr. Regina began a “life changing experience” (her words) when selected to bring dental care to underserved children and families in remote villages in Madagascar.
Dr. Regina received her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Long Island Jewish Hospital in New Hyde Park becoming chief resident in just her second year. Her extensive education includes treating children with special needs, dental phobias, and the medically compromised.
Dr. Regina loves skiing, the beach and roller coasters. An amateur chef, Dr. Regina loves to cook for her family and friends when not enjoying the many restaurants in Garden City, where she lives with her husband and her daughter, Lillian.
